Vanilla - Start here, but take heed! This is no beginner program. What you learn in Vanilla will be built upon in all the other program flavors. You will learn which band sizes are appropriate for you to reach essential sets of 90 seconds under constant tension, constant motion. This is also the quickest program to perform each day. If you are short on time, Vanilla is where it’s at.

 

Triple Chocolate - You want more? You’ve got it. Triple Chocolate builds upon the base flavor created in Vanilla and adds a lot more volume. This is what you need to ensure you are building the maximum amount of muscle with resistance bands. Choose the correct bands, and reap the sweet reward of gains. Delicious.
